On Tuesday 10th March, the main bar at Sexy Fish Manchester belongs to one man.

From 6pm – 9pm, internationally renowned mixologist Kayama San steps behind the bar for a three-hour takeover that promises precision, theatre, and unapologetic creativity.

For one night only, Kayama San unveils a tightly curated four-cocktail menu – each drink a study in craft, balance and bold imagination. Expect unexpected flavour pairings, meticulous technique, and the kind of presentation that turns a pour into a performance.

The takeover unfolds in our main bar, open to all. Arrive early, settle in, and let the evening evolve around you.

Kayama San will be personally crafting each cocktail, engaging with guests across the bar. And when the tempo allows, he’ll step out from behind it – meeting those who appreciate the artistry as much as the drink itself.
